Batemans Bay Marina Redevelopment
A major marina redevelopment project replacing outdated timber infrastructure with a modern floating system. The project was designed to support both commercial and recreational vessels in a high-use coastal harbour.

Design & Construction
Walcon undertook demolition of existing structures and installation of new piled floating pontoons with GRP micro-mesh decking. The design focused on durability, reduced maintenance, and improved vessel access across varying tidal conditions.
Outcome
Delivered a modern, high-performance marina capable of accommodating over 120 vessels. The redevelopment significantly improved safety, usability, and long-term operational efficiency.
